About the Role
The Executive Assistant is a newly added role that will provide support to the growing and evolving Private Investments team within the firm's Investment Platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive, motivated professional who wants to contribute to a dynamic area of business growth. Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and excellent attention to detail along with outstanding service-orientation, mature judgment, and independent problem-solving, are imperative. This EA will be highly collaborative with a strong work ethic and the capacity to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will manage the overall daily support needs of Privates Investments team members:
• Complex and proactive global calendar management
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events
• Willingness to learn, use and help develop internal systems that help the function
• Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements
• Handle daily expense tracking and reporting
• Maintain various types of confidential information
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external constituencies
• Provide cross-coverage and back-up support to other Assistants in the Privates function
• Assist with ad hoc project work, as required, within immediate team and broader functions Qualifications
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a complex, global professional environment; experience in the investment management industry will be viewed favorably
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint) with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism and discretion
• Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
• Fastidious detail orientation and overall work quality
• Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes
• Positive, can-do attitude; flexibility; sense of humor
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials preferred

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 55,000 - 100,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
